After much searching for this movie, I finally found it! Thank you. My dvd arrived in a timely manner, in excellent condition, what more could you want?

Cherry 1987 is more like it....READ ON!

Um, just watched this one again after all these years. I saw it when it first came out back in 1987. Now I know why I had completely forgotten about it until now! Found it used for a $1.00, and thought I would give it a shot. So...about this movie, guess what, it's pretty lame. The acting is very hard to watch at times. Wait!, who am I kidding, it's MOST of the time!! Plot holes everywhere. Oh, and the movie takes place in the year 2017 if I remember right. So why in the hell are they still wearing 80's hair styles and clothes?? No budget for wardrobe and hair stylists? I guess they told the actors, Hey we have GREAT idea since our budget is $5,000.00, why don't you just style your own hair-plugs and bring your sh**ty clothes from home. That's actually funny. Most of the scenes felt like the year was only 1987, the same year this movie was made!. Not really a futuristic vibe at all. Yes I realize it's a low budget b-movie type, and I like a lot of low budget films, but this one is terrible. Couldn't WAIT for it to end, yeah it's one those....You'll see! Honestly, I would break this DVD and pepper the streets with the pieces, but this actually is worth a few dollars...SURPRISINGLY??. Ebay or here on Amazon is where it will be sold. Oh yeah, the Cherry model 2000 robot played by Pamela Gidley.....damn she's hot! This the ONLY thing I liked about this movie, other than listening to Melanie's voice. Ok, I know, some of you find her voice HIGHLY annoying and quite irritating. But in few select movies, it's pretty sexy. (((Just a 2 star rating, and that might be generous)))

O filme é uma mistura de coisas.É trash, é cult, é muitas vezes sem pé nem cabeça que chega ser engraçado. É bem anos 80.Acho que usaram todas as parabólicas que encotram. Melanie Griffith , ainda no seu ponto máximo de beleza, convence no papel. Já seu galã deveria ser mais sexy, mas até dá para acreditar que ela se interesse por ele .Já que ela vive em um lugar nenhum pouco civilizado, cheio de homens à margem da sociedade.
A capa do DVD é fantasia, já que em nenhuma parte do filme ela usa roupa de couro preta. No entanto o filme apresenta uma frase que as pessoas deveriam lembrar sempre: não dá para ser glamorosa/glamoroso as 24horas do dia.

A GUY TRIES TO FIND A REPLACEMENT FOR HIS OBSOLETE HOUSEWIFE ANDROID,WHO ACCIDENTLY GOT DRENCHED IN WATER,THEN FALLS FOR GRIFFITH WHEN HE REALIZES PERFECT ISNT EXACTLY WHAT HE WANTS.
