"Horror At Its Best!"

The best Chucky film and the highest grossing one making over 50 million dollars at the boxoffice, "The Bride of Chucky" brought renewed interest to the Chucky franchise. Jennifer Tilly steals the film as Chucky's new bride Tiffany who brings Chucky back to life. Tiffany eventually becomes a doll and the two go on a murderous rampage in the northeast, sort of like the doll version of "Thelma and Louise". The movie is intelligent, dark, funny, well-acted, and suspenseful, and horror buffs will love the chemistry between the two dolls. Another Chucky film, "The Seed of Chucky", followed, but was not a hit despite the presence of Jennifer Tilly. Nick Stabile, mostly known for a small role on the soap opera "Sunset Beach", plays a guy with whom the human Tiffany flirts with. He also shows off his amazing abs that will enlighten him to the female and gay audience that strive for horror films. The DVD comes with feature commentary, interviews, and the trailer.

The product was really good, it arrived much earlier than i was told. The disk was working and the case was not broken or anything. The only bad point was that it was a reigion 1 dvd, my player was reigian 4. But that was easily solved by playing on a different player.
Excellent value.

Chucky's Bloody Honeymoon!!!

I thought this was a really good installment to add to the franchise! This time, Chucky's not after Andy Barclay, Chucky has been resurrected by his smokin' hot girlfriend, Tiffany. Tiffany soon finds out that Chucky had no means to marry Tiffany, because she found an engagement ring the night Charles Lee Ray died and passed his soul into the Good Guy doll. When Chucky is locked in a playpen, he breaks out and kills Tiffany and transports her body into a doll too. They find out they need to travel to New Jersey to find the amulet Chucky was wearing the night he died. They hitch a ride with Jesse and Jade, a couple who want to be together, but Jade's uncle forbids it. They run away together and get married. During their honeymoon, Chucky and Tiffany kill anyone who gets in their way of the amulet. If you love Chucky, and romantic comedies, you'll love BRIDE OF CHUCKY!!!

Not scary, but truly funny!

Jennifer Tilly does a fantastic job in this movie! Playing a doll-obsessed killer, she resurrects Chucky, and puts him in a crib, thinking he's cute. But Chucky escapes, Tilly is turned into a doll, and the bloodshed starts. To my surprise, Katherine Heigl plays a small role in this movie, the main action between Chucky and Tilly, who get married, but then are constantly fighting and argueing, Tilly saying she wants to be treated with respect, Chucky just wanting to mindlessly kill. There is no scary part in the whole movie, but a lot of gore and dark humor. It's my first Chucky, so I can't compare it to the first 3, but I do know that I had a great time watching this movie. Great fun! Highly recommended, 5 stars, Grade: A.
