Playboy / Celebrity Centerfold: Jessica Hahn is 56 minutes and was released on video March 10, 1993. The Jessica Hahn part of video was tame and that is putting it mildly. There was only one truly nude scene in the video. That is when she is doing the domination scene. There are other scenes when she is nude but do not last long. The twelve minutes footage of Echo Johnson was much better. There was more nudity in that twelve minutes then there was in the Jessica Hahn footage. Jessicahhhhhh Hahn

Hahn's tranformation (abetted as it was by Hefner's money and the same scalpel that has given us the current Michael Jackson) is phenomenal.
Since the time this video was made Jessica has attempted to transition into legitimate actress with no real successes to speak of. She's had some re-occurring roles in variouos Howard Stern productions but even those were more for their titillation value and less for her acting ability.
Despite at least 3 layouts in Playboy, Jessica seems to have gone kicking and screaming into obscurity. Although various internet porn sites overflow with her in various poses. All told, being someone's "rape victim" [her allegation against the defrocked televangelist Jim Bakker] is a chintzy way to achieve some sort of back door celebrity status.
The thing she and most of the women appearing in PLAYBOY seem to desire above all else (a home and a family and a loving husband) has so far to the best of my knowledge eluded Miss Hahn. Obviously, Anna Nicole Smith to the contrary, eye-pleasing cleavage cant get you everything you want in life.

Long before Monica, Chandra, Gennifer or Paula!

Hahn--who pouted so convincingly about how she was violated by the televangelist huckster, Rev Jimmy Bakker--refused to be a quiet pious little victim. In fact in this video when we aren't ogling the skillful work of her plastic surgeon, we notice how Jessica tosses a cross against a wall. The symbolism of a cross shattering is too blatant to miss. You get the idea that Hahn expected her bodacious bod (along with capped teeth and new nose) to catapult her into the zone of Jenny McCarthy or Vicky Lynn Smith (aka Anna Nicole). Sadly Jessica had a brief "celebrity-hood" but soon descended into the realm of B movie "actress". These days (Nov 2001) I doubt Hahn could even get air time on the Stern radio show.[Stern has the dubious honor of "discovering" Hahn. Her attorney during the PTL "scandal" was able to get her on Stern's AM shock jock show]. This is quite a video, nonetheless. Hahn's strange progression from "church secretary" to soft porn star is a strange trip. We'll never know what really happened between her and Bakker in that motel room. She's been quoted as describing her tryst with Bakker as a forcible rape, while other times it is described as an affair. Either way, her brief intercourse with Bakker did two things: it did evangelical Christianity a huge favor by weeding out that money-grubbing false prophet (and his wife!) and allowing a rather plain gangly gal from Long Island to become the centerfold dream-come-true of Jessica Hahn. Jessica could have become a crime victim icon and a regular lecturer on the aggrieved feminist/victim lecture circuit. You go girl and hold onto whatever celebrity you still have before you too become a footnote to 80s trivia!

Jessica Hahn was totally hot in this video!!!! The scenes of her in bed and on the merry go round are fantastic! Her breasts and butt look great! This is by far the best Playboy video that I have ever seen!Jessica can be seen in a variety of poses, ranging from fully clothed to totally nude! The only criticism I would have is that the segments are a bit too short. I would have made them longer and gotten Jessica nude a lot quicker. I can't say enough about how awesome Jessica looked! She was stunning to say the least! I recommmend it as a must have! If I could, I would give this video 10 stars. If this video doesn't get you excited, then nothing will.

Rather so so video

Jessica Hahn got the plastic treatment and so she appears quite fake and overly made up. It would have been great if she had made a video before her plastic surgery. There are a couple of redeeming scenes like the merry-go-around scene at the end. A lot of the video is a little gothic in nature more spooky then erotic. Overall, I wasn't impressed.

She Re-invented herself

Hahn emerged from the Jim and Tammy Bakker scandal in the 80s. Her revelations about Bakker's (choose your noun here) (1) tryst with her (2) rape of her or (3) affair with her, helped expose the charlatan televangelist's excesses and in so doing, no doubt did organized evangelical protestant Christianity a huge favor by doing what the religious establishmt was unable or unwilling to do itself. We still have a slue of money-grubbing televangelist con men out there even today (most notably Bob Tilton and his latest wife) but we'll not have another Jim Bakker with his lavish lifestyle funded by unassuming "prayer partners". Today all credible domestic missionaries like Bakker submit themselves to regular audits by a group called the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability or ECFA.
Of course, since there were no external ministry audits when Jim and Tammy Faye ginned up the PTL Club/TV show they were able to amass a vast sum of donations from the faithful/naive and it was that vast sum of dough and no one to account to for how it was spent which provided them the opportunity for their mis-stewardship of the dinero.
An entire nation was fixated on the PTL's downfall, perceived as it was as being part and parcel of the much-maligned Religious Right. Hahn was at first seen as a "victim" and feted by Donahue and others in the media even as Jim and Tammy were interrogated by Ted Koppel in the old days when folks still watched NIGHTLINE.
But Hahn's status as hot media property faded quickly. She later said at the time PLAYBOY approached her for her story/ photo layout she had less than $100 in her checking account. PLAYBOY was ecstatic about exposing the hypocrisy of the Bakkers. Hahn eagerly "bared it all" for PLAYBOY, and with the fee for her story and photos she contacted an LA plastic surgeon. After the admirable enhancemts and aesthetic corrections Hahn agreed to do another layout in PLAYBOY. The ex-church secretary must have thought that-- a la Anna Nicole Smith-- a nip and tuck and uplift/upgrade here and there could somehow propel her into genuine movie/TV stardom.
Though this video provides ample opportunity to view the surgeon's works, Hahn emerges every bit naive and willing to be used as the young allegedly virginal church secretary whom Jim Bakker accosted/raped/had an affair with. I was disturbed by the scene where Jessica hurls a crucifix at a wall, shattering it into pieces. Bakker may have been a disgrace to "the church" but he hardly typifies all who profess the Christ and proclaim His Gospel.
I applaud Hahn's willingness to reinvent herself. She remains today a soft-core porn star. She made a few appearances on "Married with Children" and a few other shows, and can claim the distinction of being once romantically linked to foul-mouthed former preacher turned comic SAM KINISON.
