Plot: The choreography of the late Uwe Scholz serves as the centerpiece of this release featuring two interpretations of Le Sacre du Printemps that he created for the Liepzig Ballet during the period in which he led the group to international fame. In the opening performance, dancer Giovanni di Palma delivers a legendary solo interpretation of Stravinski's two-piano adaptation of The Rite of Spring.
