Plot: In this teen-oriented drama, Rick (Jeremy London) is a young man who has fallen into trouble with the law. Given a choice between going to a juvenile home and volunteering to work at a camp for the blind, Rick chooses the latter, but without any particular enthusiasm for the job. However, Rick's attitudes begin to change when he becomes friends with a blind gymnast. Rick helps guide her in her new ambition to compete in equestrian show jumping, and together they learn important lessons in friendship, teamwork and self-respect. ~ Mark Deming, All Movie Guide

Well-Meaning Family Fare
Added 8/16/2006

The preceding rave reviews of this obscure movie convinced us to buy the video. The movie is well-meaning, inoffensive, and filled with positive messages of hope and courage and ultimate triumph against all odds. Please be advised, however, that it plays like an After-School Special for preteens. Its target audience was clearly a young one, and mature viewers like ourselves will likely find it a trifle tedious. Kudos for having its heart in the right place.

Family Friendly & A Very Moving Film
Added 8/28/2005

I finished viewing this film about 30 minutes ago. It was very moving, inspirational and I was deeply touched by the courage and messages of this film. It deals with courage over blindness, love and treatment of animals, and faith and belief in the goodness of human beings.

Excellent! Amazing! The best movie ever!
Added 8/11/2000

From the very first second I started watching that movie I loved it. It's one of the kind you just have to love. The acting was great, and the story of the film was really interesting, moving and different from any other film I've ever seen. It really moved me and I thought about it, and in the end I nearly cried, just because that film was so amazingly cool. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I'd give it an endless number of stars!

Anyone know how I can get a copy of this movie? I'll buy it if I can find someone willing to sell the movie.
