Suprisingly got me hook, line & sinker!

I have never read the books, or really even heard of them. It took me until the 3rd season of the show to finally give it a shot. And it was only because my girlfriend forced the dvd's on me. I have watched 30 hours of episodes in a week and a half. I cant stop. The drama and scandal is excellent. My first thought about a show called Gossip Girl was that it was going to be completely juvenile. Boy was I wrong. The title doesn't describe the show itself at all. I'm really happy I've been forced to watch this show. And now I'm making all of my other friends, that are non-watchers, watch this show.
