I always wanted this to be released. I saw a show years ago on TV and it was taken from this tour. I remember thinking "wow, this guy has talent". This concert has aged very well, Cat is in perfect form. Any fan of the Cat Man would love the titles he played that night. "The Wind", "Father and Son", etc. and all done with such passion. He starts off with acoustic guitar and then moves to piano for the latter part of the show. It's all great, though. The only song he didn't play that night that he should have (I'll admit that it's a personal favorite) is "How Can I Tell You". This song could move anyone and is difficult to listen to at times, it is that beautiful and sincere. But he played everything else that matters. Buy this and wear it out. One of the best music DVD's I've ever seen. In fact, the only other performance that is better on DVD would have to be "Love - The Forever Changes Concert". I've posted a review for Love as well. Check out both Cat and Love. Your music collection will jump in status immediately.

Cat Stevens in Excellent form

I purchased this dvd based on his studio CD's. If you love the stuff from 1970 to 74 you will not be disappointed. His voice is as good as on studio cd's and just has a special magic about it. He also has current interview talking about the old times and the future. A must if you love Cat Stevens.

I have been a fan of Cat Stevens since the 70's but never saw any video of him performing live. He is just fantastic in this concert; the other musicians performing with him are excellent. Everything about it is great, throughly enjoyable.

He's even better than I remember

I was (and still am) a great fan of Cat Stevens' music. I saw him in concert a few years before this show. The DVD/CD quality is amazing, especially given the age of the recordings. It is a good representation of his older work, which is what I was hoping for. Sad Lisa, Hard Headed Woman, Lady D'Arbanville, Fill My Eyes, If I Laugh, The Wind, Tuesday's Dead...these are the songs I remember seeing him play and I'm glad to have another chance to hear and see them live. If you were a fan, you will not be disappointed. If you don't know his songs, watching this DVD will introduce you to a very gifted musician, singer and songwriter. Highly recommended!
