I am a huge Ben Cross fan, but this movie his hilarious because of the entire cast! This was as funny to me as "The Fearless Vampire Killers" and I hope to heck someone updates and remakes that one ***hint, hint***, too! I'll tell you who the scene stealers are in here--even though Ben Cross makes the movie shine: It's the maid and the boyfriend she finds...Just get it and watch it! This movie will leave you laughing your backsides off! I got a huge kick out of this movie because it's more like a farce to me! It's a brilliant script and it is well executed. Camille Saviola simply rocked in this as did Cross. I particularly liked the bar scene with Szarabajka...That should leave anyone rolling over laughing...It's worth it and it's a cheap find for those of you Ben Cross lovers out there! I promise you'll get a kick out of it!

PUT IT ON DVD!!!

This movie is a good time. Best way to describe it. Yeah, in spite of the various praises for Maryam d'Abo and Keith Szarabajka (who I really liked in the role) or even Ben Cross -- any good actors could have taken on the characters and the movie wouldn't have been all that different.
It is Camille Saviola as the in-your-face Rosa Mercedes who rules here. She is absolutely wonderfully alive, sexy, and a total hoot. I loved her. Add her love interest (I hope his name is Jesse Corti) and all is well in the world of filmdom. I'm not sure which is my favorite: Rosa dissing the vampire or Corti calling out to the bloodsuckers and REALLY getting into it. The two vamp side-kicks were also really good. This is such a funny movie.
I've seen this movie over a dozen times. Why don't they put it on DVD?

it's a great vampire flick

This is a fun vampire flick. And I think pretty well done, if a bit campy - but that's part of the charm!
WHEN will it be released on DVD??? I want it for my collection and videotape is sooooo last century.

I had to buy this movie. I went searching for this movie in my hometown. I fell in love with it when I was ten years old and never forgotten it. And Keith Szarabajka the doctor YUMMY! Even now he's still dreamy. With Ben Cross as the vampire that was just awesome. He was made for vampire roles! This is a must have movie becuase it's funny and sexy!

I saw this on USA,I loved this movie,I wish It was on DVD,I hate bugs,too but I don't gasp everytime I see them.
