Hellboy Movie.

Was able to see the movie a while back. Pretty good, I don't follow this character much so I am not a huge fan, but I like the movie. and I never heard of him til' now, Of course I wish hollywood wouldn't ruin comic books by making a movie out of every one of them! Good movie, good special effects and action.

I'm a action fan, and I love comics and comic movies. Hellboy is a great action comic movie in my opinion. Awesome special effects and cinemetogrophy (bad spelling). The plot is somewhat shallow, but there is a very cool villian and a good supporting cast helping Hellboy along the way. If it had a better plot, I'd probably give it 5 stars.
The BluRay Transfer is great! Looks and sounds amazing on a 1080P TV. Better transfer than a lot of the others.

hellboy was great straight outta the comic cool and neat effects hellboy was action packed and will be great on blu ray get this movie if u dont have it yet!!

Hell Yeah

I own the director's cut on DVD already but I wanted to upgrade so I picked this up. For the price it's a sweet deal. The transfer is nice and the movie is of course enjoyable. They even put all the special features on. I personally like the sequel better but this one still holds up. The special effects aren't amazing but they still look good. They mixed them well and tried not to linger on them too long.

There are lots of reviews available regarding the quality of the movie. I think it is great. Character-driven plot, lots of characters, great story-telling. The video on Bluray is suprisingly detailed for a movie made at that time. Many other movies made when Hellboy was, look poor in comparison. The audio is topnotch. The Bluray edition of this super cool movie is awesome. Highly recommended!
