Great Movie

I loved this movie. I saw it while traveling overseas, and ordered it from Amazon to show to my wife and son when I got home. I can't watch most movies once, much less a second time, but when I got home I watched it with them and they loved it. Wish there were more of these being made today.

Pretty good first movie, got free tickets to see it or else i probaly would have waited to see it on dvd. The soundtrack is very good but the acting not so much. except for the girl in this movie she was amazing,great voice and she has a future in music and movies,if she wants it.

It was a good movie. I did not like the swearing at first,but it cleaned itself up later and I found it touching at the end.The Swearing is not all that bad, there is alot worst, so I give this movie...... 2 Thumbs Up!!

Thanks for the quick shipment! I love this movie and had seen it on tv on several occasions. I wanted my dad to see it and he really liked it as well. I think it is a good movie displaying life challeges as they really are. I love the song the daughter sings! I'm glad that I have the movie! I will watch it for years to come. It is a keeper that I don't mind watching over now and then.

I bought this DVD on a friends recomendation, never listen to him again. The only decent character was Ted Nugent. The acting was week, the story was too predictable and the jokes were all recycled. Might be worth a rental but wasn't a keeper.

Rodney Fans

Ok first off I'm a huge Rodney Carrington fan and that was my main reasoning for watching this movie. Let me tell u if u are a fan as well be prepared to be HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! They really down-played Rodney's role! I like Toby Keith as a singer but I believe this movie was all about him and he is no actor either and it showed thru out the movie. They could've made Rodney 10x better and he could've made the movie himself without Toby. Sorry guys but this was not good of any of you.

As the my review title suggests, this video has all it needs for some quality entertainment. If you're watching for some complicated plot and crazy special effects, you might be disappointed, but if you just want to be entertained by some good humor, it's a great one for that. If you're in doubt about purchasing it, rent it and see what you think for yourself, because everyone has their different tastes in movies.
