Discover
Harvey is a 1996 American made-for-television fantasy-comedy film and a remake of the 1950 classic film based on Mary Chase's play of the same name. The television adaptation was directed by George Schaefer and starred Harry Anderson, Leslie Nielsen, and Swoosie Kurtz. Though it was filmed in 1996, the film sat on the shelf until July 18, 1999, when it was finally broadcast by CBS, two years after Schaefer's death.
