Hedy Lamarr stars as a princess who comes to New York in search of the man she loves in the star-crossed romantic comedy Her Highness and the Bellboy.
When Princess Veronica (Lamarr) falls in love with an American reporter, she comes to New York to find him, but while staying at the best hotel in Manhattan, she is mistaken for the new maid by one of the bellhops, Jimmy Dobson (Robert Walker).
Charmed, the princess insists that Jimmy escort her about New York in search of the man she loves—while remaining completely blind to the fact that Jimmy has fallen completely in love with her without knowing she is a princess.
