Better than overseas comedies

This is a film that shows defines comedy. I am South African and its a pity some of you dont understand our South African humour. If you're openminded and looking for a lighthearted comedy, forget Mr Bean, forget Seinfeld, Forget every comedy that you've ever seen and please get this.

wonderful

Seriously classic Schuster, perhaps a little too intelligent for the average first-world child, only suitable for viewing by those of you who are a lot more broad-minded and open to other cultures than the average Pom.

South African humour - really enjoyed it.

I bought the movie online from Canada (payed 15 US dollars for it). I am South African so the movie hit pretty close to home - I guess you won't really understand the slapstick comedy otherwise...

Very Funny SOUTH AFRICAN Humor!

If you're not in "Tune" with South African Humor, and didn't grow up listening to Leon's music and Radio shows, you would not appreciate this movie. If you are open to GOOD COMEDY, you need not even know who Leon is, because he is GOOD. As jy 'n boertjie in 'n ander land is is dit selfs beter want dit spot lekker met die veranderinge in Suid Afrika. Ondersteun SA films! Go Springbokke!

FUNNY

I admit it....I only watched this movie because Terri Treas (Rowena in this movie - better known as Cathy Frankel on TV's Alien Nation). I am a huge fan of hers, and this movie doesn't disappoint. It was really great to see her in a real slapstick sort of part. I had never seen her in a comedy before, so it was fun. This movie probably isn't for everyone, but if you enjoyed the movie "The Gods Must Be Crazy", then you'll LOVE this one!
