Kill Switch: Reason For Justice (2008)

Description: Streetwise and gritty homicide detective Jacob King is on the trail of two sadistic killers. One is a ruthless explosives expert, who brutalizes and tortures victims just for the thrill of the kill. The other is a disturbed Zodiac killer, obsessed with the chase and determined to keep authorities one step behind.
