A Necessary Death follows the journey of a young and ambitious filmmaker who decides to make a film about suicide - following a person from the first preparations to the final act. As he and his crew get closer to their subject, they find themselves in murky ethical waters. Tensions and questions amongst the group arise. When does reality become too real? Are they influencing the truth of their documentary subject? A Necessary Death unsettlingly portrays what can tragically happen when one man's ambition collides with another's decision.
