Ask a Policeman

Turnbotham Round is a sleepy English village, which has had no crime in the past ten years. This makes its three policemen seem rather redundant, particularly when their Chief Constable suggests on the radio that perhaps the village does not need a police force at all. When the trio's attempts to create an artificial crime wave are foiled, they are surprised to discover a real gang of smugglers.
