Rock’n’roll star Chris Dalton (Nick Mancuso) finds himself unexpectedly taking on fatherhood. The object of his sudden attention is 13-year-old Job (Byron Thames), who, according to the recently deceased woman who gave birth to him, is Chris’s son. Chris has paid for the boy’s support all of these years, but has ignored him until now. Chris has taken Job out of the military school the boy loves and makes him tour with Chris and his band, thinking, incorrectly, that anybody would rather tour with the stars than do anything else. Over a short period of time father and son slowly get to know one another, and though it is not easy, find a mutual admiration and respect for one another. Newly remastered.
