Ferry to Hong Kong

Orson Welles (star and director of the critically acclaimed “Citizen Kane”) stars as Captain Hart in this sea-bound adventure. When his ship is forced to accept a deportee of the Hong Kong government, Mark Conrad (Curt Jurgens), Captain Hart’s nose is put out of joint. After consistently trying to rid his ship of this unwanted passenger, he finds himself being more and more upstaged by him. Conrad attracts the attention of a glamorous schoolteacher and her pupils, and not only does his carefree attitude alter he becomes the hero when the Captain is injured. Pirates, typhoons, shipwrecks and an all-star cast keep this film action-packed.
