With the help of her friend, Wechsberg (William Bendix), she crashes a ritzy society party and attracts the attention of an amorous millionaire (Adolph Menjou). Desperate to put the brakes on this Romeo, she tells him she's married to a struggling lawyer (Tom Drake) she just met.
