Murder on Diamond Row

Barrabel is a disgraced ex-detective, who finds an opportunity to clear his name. He must capture the ‘Squeaker’, a jewel thief who has created a niche for himself by exposing other uncooperative criminals to the police. He finds a chief suspect, Sutton, who promptly frames Barrabel for a murder he has not committed. It is, however, a trick, and Sutton is unnerved to discover that Barrabel is still actually a policeman.
