Robin Hood

When King Richard sets off to fight in the Crusades, he leaves his brother, Prince John, as Regent to rule over his realm in his absence. But John soon emerges as a cruel, treacherous tyrant with designs to usurp his brother’s throne. Learning of John's treachery, the King’s loyal subject, the Earl of Huntingdon steals away back to England against his monarch’s wishes. There, he adopts the name of Robin Hood, gathers a band of vigilante fighters around him and sets about thwarting John’s malicious plots and championing his oppressed countrymen.
