Myra Savage (Kim Stanley) is a ‘medium’, who earns her living presiding over seances. She enlists the help of her reluctant husband to stage a kidnapping, which she will then ‘solve’ by pretending to be psychic. As planned, Myra visits the family to help find the child and is afterwards visited by the police. Her plan seems to have worked so far, but will her psychic powers actually appear, and if they do, will they reveal her secrets?
