Shifty

$hifty, directed by Eran Creevy (Welcome to the Punch) charts an action-packed 24 hours in the life of young London drug dealer Shifty, (Riz Ahmed, The Reluctant Fundamentalist, Four Lions). The sudden return home of his best friend sets off a chain of events that quickly spiral out of control. Stalked by a desperate customer, Shifty must outrun and outsmart a rival dealer, (Jason Flemyng, X-Men: First Class, Snatch), intent on setting him up for a big fall. As his friend Chris (Daniel Mays, The Bank Job, Atonement), confronts the dark past he left behind, Shifty is forced to face up to the violent future he's hurtling towards. BAFTA-nominated actress Francesca Annis (Revolver, The Libertine) also stars as Valerie, an addict who brings out the protective side in Shifty.
