Discover
Marie Ducrot is a French country lass who is ostracized when she falls in love with a German soldier during World War I. She turns to religion and becomes one of the "sisters-in-white" in the field hospitals. Meanwhile, the German soldier finds that the reports of her death were premature and greatly exaggerated.
