Whatever Happens

The separation is decided: Hannah and Julian meet for a last time to the housing transfer, which is to go briefly and painless over the stage. This is at least the plan. But nothing happens as thought: the surrender bursts and the two sit, on the New Year's Eve, after weeks of radio silence, together in their former home.
