Dancing with the Stars season 20 started really heating up with Latin Night, where the shirts came off and the competition went full-on. The 11 remaining couples danced the Samba, Rumba, Salsa, Cha Cha, Argentine Tango or Paso Doblé as they competed for the judges' scores and America's votes. Once again, our hosts Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews welcomed us back to the ballroom and judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Len Goodman, Julianne Hough and Bruno Tonioli were on-hand to critique the performances. But the night would be a bit too hot for one couple as the second elimination of the season sent them home. WEEK 3 SCORES:     Carrie Ann Len Julianne Bruno Total Rumer & Val  8  9  8  8  33 Charlotte & Keo*  6  5  5  6  22 Michael & Peta  6  6  6  6  24 Riker & Allison  9  7  9  9  34 Suzanne & Tony  6  6  6  7  25 Chris & Witney  7  7  7  7  28 Robert & Kym  7  7  8  7  29 Patti & Artem  6  5  5  6  22 Willow & Mark  8  8  8  8  32 Noah & Sharna  7  7  8  8  30 Nastia & Derek  9  8  9  8  34  *eliminated this week • Things got off to a funky start with Rumer Willis and Valentin Chmerkovskiy dancing a disco-flavored Salsa to the Gloria Estefan hit, "Turn the Beat Around." It was another solid gold performance from Rumer and Val, getting the night started off right. • After a close shave during elimination time the previous week, Charlotte McKinney and Keo Motsepe set out to perform a sensual Rumba. Unfortunately the judges found a lot for Charlotte to work on. • On #MyJamMonday we found out that Michael Sam was having to divide his attention between dancing with Peta Murgatroyd and preparing for a new football season, so they came out hoping to have a strong showing with the Salsa. But the judges had some tough criticisms and there were some nerve-wracking lifts. • Coming off of two strong performances, Riker Lynch and Allison Holker were hoping to keep their momentum going with a sizzling Salsa. And strong is what they brought with a sharp performance that got the judges and the audience energized. • This season Suzanne Somers and Tony Dovolani have been a fun breath of fresh air and it's hard to get much fresher than the veritable fruit basket Suzanne wore for their Salsa routine. But the judges weren't as impressed by the headgear and had some strong critiques. • Chris Soules and Witney Carson spent the week at the bottom of the leaderboard, so they were determined to improve this week. And improve they did, getting their scores up and earning some praise from the judges. • Things got a little steamy on the dance floor once again as Robert Herjavec and Kym Johnson danced an emotional Rumba. Some of the judges had critiques, but there was also a lot of praise. • Last week's crowd favorites, Patti LaBelle and Artem Chigvintsev turned the heat up in the ballroom with a Cha Cha. It was another entertaining performance, but the judges wanted to see some more content next time. • The youngest ever star, Willow Shields, and her partner Mark Ballas, faced overcoming an injury to perform a stirring Paso Doblé. Mark and Willow embodied the elements of fire and ice, but the judges were certainly hot and bothered about how good the dance was. • After an emotional performance last week, Noah Galloway and Sharna Burgess looked to take things to the next level with an Argentine Tango this week. Consider that next level reached with what Julianne called their best dance so far. • Nastia Liukin and Derek Hough left on top of the leaderboard last week and wanted to repeat with an unforgettable Samba. Once again they left the judges and the crowd breathless. • Unfortunately, as hot as Latin Night was, things cooled off as it came time for the elimination. This week, it was time to say goodbye to Charlotte and Keo.
