Mistover

One day a Vortex, Pillar of Despair scourges this once peaceful realm. It released a myriad of dreadful creatures, bringing ruin upon its people. Many civilizations fell, and their people had no choice but to flee to the darkest corner. It seemed like all hope was lost, but most fortunately, the creatures suddenly disappeared. The surviving population rejoiced and decided to prepare for the attack of mysterious creatures. To do so, they needed to learn about those creatures, and there was only one way - to venture into the vortex. The Vortex is a congregation of distorted planes, enveloped in a dense, magical fog - the Mist, which is unlike ordinary mist. Not to mention that it is abnormally disorienting a prolonged disposal may warp the mind and the body of any organic creature that dares to trespass. The only cure for the corruption of Mist is a good rest and a special antidote. The only source of light in the Mist is the 'Light Flower', a local flora specific to this region and they feed on blood. During the expedition of Pillar of Despair, what will become of the fate of humanity?
