The year is 2030 and a war continues to rage on between refugees and the increasing hostile national population. Tensions bubble to the surface as terrorist attacks by the splinter group Individual Eleven wreak havoc on an already fragile Tokyo. We discover that the seemingly random acts of violence are actually a campaign with the most sinister of objectives.
