Man of Vendetta

Joo Young-soo is a well-respected minister and a loving family man with a beautiful wife and daughter. One day, his picture perfect life is shattered to pieces when his five-year-old daughter, Hye-rin, is kidnapped. The minister and his wife cling onto God with desperate prayers but she never returns. Feeling betrayed and distraught with anguish, Joo renounces his faith and turns to a completely secular life. Eight years pass and he has become a corrupt businessman who laughs at his estranged wife for not giving up hope on their daughter. Joo's life changes again when he receives a phone call from the kidnapper, who demands a ransome in exchange for the girl.
