The so-called "Aryanization" in fascist Germany is undoubtedly one of the biggest robberies of the 20th century. Nevertheless, the subject is consistently silenced. For it was not the Gestapo who broke into Jewish houses and dwellings to confiscate all property, but German financial officials. Larger valuables went to the authorities, the rest were distributed to "neighbors" in "non-bearer auctions".
