Mikhail Nikolayevich Baryshnikov, nicknamed "Misha", is a Latvian SSR born Russian and American dancer, choreographer, and actor. He is often cited alongside Vaslav Nijinsky, Rudolf Nureyev and Vladimir Vasiliev as one of the greatest male ballet dancers in history.
