R. Emmett Fitzsimmons

Robert Emmett Fitzsimmons, known professionally as Emmett Fitzsimmons, is a former member of the NYPD police officer who has appeared in a number of films and television series, including Nurse Jackie, Burn Notice, and The Cape and Wall Street Money Never Sleeps.
