A Texas family searches for a beautiful waterfront home on Washington State's Whidbey Island. His grandmother used to live on the island so he wants to share his fond childhood memories of digging for clams on Whidbey's shores with his children in a secluded retreat with a low-maintenance yard. She, however, wants a turnkey home built right on the water. Finding the perfect home in Whidbey's competitive market won't be easy, but their agent is confident he can find what they're looking for.
