Bonkers: Trains, Toons, and Toon Trains

Bonkers and Miranda respond to a burglar alarm at Ludwig Von Drake's lab. Gloomy (a failed human clown) has stolen the humorizer, a device which can suck the comedy out of toons. Toons everywhere, including Bonkers, are zapped with the humorizer. When finally overloaded, it turns into a sixty foot toon monster, Gagzilla, who goes into a 'comedy rampage' and terrorizes the city. With Bonkers incapacitated, it's up to Miranda to come up with a plan. Thinking like a toon, she lures Gagzilla into a trap and tries to 'outfunny' him. Gagzilla overloads and explodes! The 'stolen comedy' rains down, turning Bonkers and the toons back to normal.
