Chef Roblé heads to the Hamptons to cater a posh party for professional polo player Nic Roldan. The sexy Argentinian throws Roblé a curveball when he asks him to make a delicacy -- blood sausage -- for the first time. Meanwhile, Jasmine and Artie continue to bicker over budget and event design, which leads them to break the cardinal rule of catering: no screaming in front of the client.
