Fixer Upper: Three Generations, One Fixer

Chip and Joanna Gaines take Deanna and Paul King on a tour through three houses in the small town of Hubbard, Texas. She's a nurse and he owns an HVAC company. They've been married just over two years and both share a passion for small towns and country living. They love living in Hubbard on 50 acres of land but with a combined family of five kids, three grandkids and numerous animals they've outgrown their current small home. Their hope is to find a 4-bedroom, 2-bath house with a large interior located a reasonable distance from next-door neighbors. The options are few in this town of 1,500, but the Gaines are convinced they can find these almost newlyweds their perfect fixer upper.
