Fixer Upper: Sweet Surprise at the Silos

A couple and their young son are moving to Waco from Denver, Colorado, in hopes of finding a slower pace, big acreage and a whole lot of style. The number one item on their wishlist is a home with modern flare; something that's hard to come by in Waco. Chip and Joanna show the couple two homes, but despite having a healthy budget of $450,000, they have to use a lot of imagination to see Joanna's vision. After a major budget buster hits early in the process, Chip and Jo know transforming country into modern will be one of the biggest construction and design challenges yet.
