Fixer Upper: All-American Farmhouse

Chip and Jo meet up with a friend who is hoping to buy a modern-industrial style loft apartment with a guest bedroom and an office in downtown Waco. After finding the perfect spot, Chip and Jo get to work tackling their first-ever downtown loft apartment. Since the loft is a part of a larger building, however, they aren't able to alter any exterior elements like windows, doors or the balcony, so they'll have to work their design magic in order to work within the limitations.
