Jim and Esther Kersey are Florida natives who have lived in Bradenton since they were happily married 35 years ago. Their home is large enough for lots of family visits, but the family's fishing outings would be a lot more convenient from the Florida Keys. So the Kerseys have decided to search for a three-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation home in Marathon - and they want a home that's move-in ready.
