Tenille La Tourrette, a former Navy pilot instructor, recently took a new job in Savannah, Georgia and is renting a small apartment in an old building downtown. She loves the historic character of her apartment, such as the original brick kitchen floor, but would prefer a place with an open floor plan comfortable for entertaining and a garage so she doesn't have to park her car on the street.
