House Hunters: Couple Disagrees on Whether or Not to Downsize in Atlanta

Kelly and Mac love living in Orange County, California and are ready to buy their first home. But, when it comes to their budget, Kelly isn't much of a risk taker and Mac isn't afraid to spend more to get what they want. With plans to have kids, they would like a home with enough room to possibly raise a family. They would prefer to find a place in Costa Mesa, California, which is centrally located between their jobs. But, with real estate prices on the higher end in Costa Mesa, their broker, Brandi Vanderbeek, has her job cut out for her.
