With a whopping $4 million budget, he wants a home with architectural history, such as a Victorian or Edwardian, but it needs to have a contemporary interior with the same kind of custom details he had in his previous home, such as a home integration system. As a divorced father of 3, he also needs to have 4 bedrooms and 4 baths to accommodate his kids.
