Now that Pat and Michelle's kids are heading off to college, they'd like to downsize from their large home to something smaller in the Austin area. Michelle has her heart set on an older Craftsman style home with lots of charm and character. Pat is focused on a house with a 2 car garage and, more importantly, a home that isn't a total remodel.
