What started off as a random run-in at a Chicago pub crawl between a Scot dressed as a pirate and a Chicago based social worker, grew into an international marriage. Kevin's initial plans were to leave the US after he finished his Ph.D. Several university offers later, the University of Liverpool presented Kevin the chance to lead his own research team. Once there they find themselves divided over old charm or a new build.
