My First Sale: Too Stressed to Sell Condo

Arika and Cortez thought their condo in Dallas was perfect until the twins were born. They desperately need to sell and buy another place before the babies turn one and start walking. But competition in their complex is fierce and the other condos have better upgrades. After two price drops, the stress is overwhelming. Arika ends up in the hospital and when the medical bills start arriving, the couple decides they'd be better off taking the house off the market.
