My First Sale: Lowball Offers Equals No Sale

Lianne is a firefighter and competitive bodybuilder. And she approaches the sale of her house with the same discipline as the rest of her life. After carefully preparing her house to go on market, she's so shocked at a low-ball offer, so doesn't even want to counter. When the buyer walks away after her counter, she starts to get frustrated at the selling process. While leaving for a fitness competition, Lianne briefly takes the house off the market, to her reaLtor's dismay. Shortly after, Lianne gets two offers on the same day. After a brief bidding war, she sells the house and is relieved to be out from under the burden of a mortgage.
