Free-spirited friends, Arty and Emma, are wacky circus performers who have joined forces to buy a triplex. Their moms, Anna and Nella, have the down payment. But Anna thumbs her nose at everything and Nella, who is also their realtor, doesn't like their preference to buy downtown. It's a good thing Arty and Emma aren't afraid to play with real estate fire.
