Candace finds a bunny and wants to keep it but must first prove to her mom that it would make a better pet than Perry. Unbeknownst to everyone, the bunny is actually a rogue secret agent intent on finding Agent P's lair. Meanwhile, Phineas and Ferb create their own set of X-Ray specs, but when the bunny gets a hold of them, Agent P must keep him from discovering the entrance to his lair./ Candace and Stacy's plans for a spa day inspire Phineas and Ferb to create one of their own, and they hire Baljeet as the manicurist and Buford as the masseur. When Candace finds out Jeremy is building houses for charity, she convinces Stacy to help so that they can hang out with him, and they end up missing their spa appointment. Meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz takes in a lost kitten that causes mayhem in his lair, and he can't convince Agent P that it is the kitten that is causing all the trouble.
