"Cartman's Silly Hate Crime 2000" is the second episode of the fourth season of the American animated television series South Park, and the 50th episode of the series overall. It first aired on Comedy Central in the United States on April 12, 2000, and is the second of a four-episode run of titles ending in "2000". The episode is a spoof of the HBO prison drama series Oz and a general commentary against hate crime legislation. The episode was co-written by series co-creator Trey Parker and Eric Stough and is rated TV-MA in the United States.
