When Carl intercepts blue prints for Phineas and Ferb's Anti-Gravity Fun Launcher, he mistakenly thinks that they are assisting Dr. Doofenshmirtz with an evil plan so Major Monogram sends him incognito to uncover what the boys are doing. Major Monogram sends Agent P on a wild goose chase to find a missing agent, so Agent P enlists the help of a talk show host to find him. Across town, Dr. Doofenshmirtz also intercepts the boys' blueprints and decides to make them his own by using it to help him with the parking situation on his street./ Phineas and Ferb decide to spice up the yearly "Tri-State Area Unification Day" parade by rallying all of the neighborhood kids to build their own customized floats. Unfortunately, Buford's family grudge against the parade causes him to throw the day's festivities off course. Meanwhile, Candace finds it difficult to enjoy a relaxing mother-daughter day with Mom because of the boys' antics taking place all around her.
